Pet Policy
1. Non-refundable pet fee is $300 per animal.
2. Current vet records and a photo of your pet(s) are required prior to move-in.
3. An additional $100 deposit is required for animals under the age of one (1) year old.
4. There is a limit of three pets per home.
5. There is a weight limit of 25 lbs. per pet.
6. The following breeds, including any mix, are not accepted: Doberman, Rottweiler, American Pit-bull Terrier, Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, American Bulldog, Dalmatian, Fila Brasileiros, Presa Canario, German Shepherd, Boxer, Husky, Akita, and Chow. Management reserves the right to add to, delete from, and/or modify these policies and regulations at any time without notice. You may be required to provide a letter from your Veterinarian verifying the breed of your dog.
7. Specific animal, breed, number, weight restrictions, and pet deposits or fees will not apply to households having a qualified service/assistance animal(s).
